We are able to supply products from leading brand names, such as Juvederm, Radiesse, Restylane, Sculptra, Belotero and others. We source and sell only 100% authentic products, licensed by the Medicines & Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) – the FDA equivalent in the U.K.

Through our network of suppliers, we are able to offer our customers the ability to purchase original, authentic products at low prices, along with free worldwide shipping.

Please note that to order from us, you need to be a licensed medical professional.

Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped out the next business day, provided that we have the product in stock, your account is verified and the order is placed before 6pm EST. We do not process and ship orders on Saturday and Sunday.

Orders placed after 6:00PM EST will be processed the next day. Orders placed on Friday will be shipped on Monday, unless otherwise specified. 

We use renowned express service shipping carriers. 

Botulinum products are shipped in temperature controlled, insulated containers in order to sustain the quality of the product.

Upon shipment, customers are informed of the shipping carrier and the tracking number. 

We do not charge for shipping unless a special request requires so.

Please note:  Orders from Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico will be charged a shipping fee. 

Return Policy

We will glady accept returns within 7 days after you have received the product if:

- the product is defective due to manufacturing
- the product is damaged due to handling
- the product is outside the manufacturer's temperature guidelines
- if we shipped the wrong product

If any of the above circumstances occur, contact our customer service representatives and we will do our best to assist you and resolve any problems you may have.  

If a return is requested, we ask that you hold the products according to the manufacturer temperature and handling guidelines.
